What a sad day. Many of us left today with a heavy heart and teary eyes. Those lucky enough getting relo to Groton or Cambridge have a brief respite until the cycle repeats itself after the 14B revenue hole dries up. Life as we know it is over. Time to grieve the loss today, but life now moves on. Keep a positive attitude and realize the opportunity before you.

I work in small molecules and I would like to know if anyone knows if we will be kept. I heard vaccine will survive but no word on small molecules.

I am reading that a PhD needs to be from a top school or major lab; otherwise it can be a problem. Is this true? Isn't a PhD a PhD? And if it IS true, are there any schools in particular that a prospective grad student should avoid like the plague?

I have taken a job as a Global Representative for a Pfizer business. I can live and work at any Pfizer site for my new job.
