The ship may have sprung another leak. Heard there is possibly another cut coming. Hopefully some dead weight can go in this round. After that we should be ok the OE groups and the life at lonza teams will save us all. With the reductions is there still going to be an employee retention team?

We were making money this year (just not as much as they had hoped) and now that they sacrified some people the profit margin will be even more....what's a few more lives affected as long as our leaders are safe and secure in their jobs.

Just got home from my shift at Lonza, heard talks that more will be going. Maybe tomorrow... Thank God I have friday off...I hope I'm safe for now until I can get into something more stable. I want to know why Lonza lied to all of us? This place sure has changed. It sucks how management gives us all the same old crap, when they know the truth.

Lonza shares are falling and something has to be done. Layoffs and maybe liquidate any branches. Cell culture cell assays and cell transfection is might be alien to the Lonza management in Switzerland that is more familiar with classical chemistry. On the other hand why did they acquire it and have done that much marketing for Cambrex and Amaxa cell biology products?
