98% positive feedback my ass. If that were so why is it 9 out of 10 of our co workers have nothing good to say about Frederick distribution? Like a previous poster has stated, MM is the least of our problem, the managers under MM (all three shifts) are the main problem. Followed by a shitty HR dept. You think it's so great around there? Well how about sharing some of what you've been smoking?LOL

Wow! I don't see a lot of positive posts so I will set things straight. Frd DC is doing great and it's all because of MM. Since he has been here the doors between the freezers have been fixed, hours have come down due to changes with bin locations and racking, good temps hired with headcount inceased, and the best of all his team can reward the high contributors who care. I will be getting some of your raises who post on here in a few weeks, thank you!
98% of the DC employees like all the changes and everything he has done. It's nice coming to work with the place safe and clean versus 2 years ago. The other 2% keep posting you obviously have no clue or haven't had other jobs.
MM has also kept all his promises, Reno, headcount, and hasn't given anyone a reason not to trust him. He can't do anything about salaries, benefits, etc so blame Lucifer.

The issues run much,much deeper than MM. Frederick site was already a hell hole way before he took over the reins. They need to get rid of waste of space like MC and most other managers in the DC as well as flush HV and other ilk out of Human Resources.

Sounds like a lot of temps work there, if there is drug dealers. My experience with temps sounds like this beautiful place . Authorities should be notified, definitely!! And definitely the managers have to know, but they don't care, because they worry about themselves, as long as they are ok its fine..

Rightly so if the things being said are true, however, there is not much incentive anymore to come look at it. MM did nt get rid of mandatory 12 hours, read the law, you can not make employees work a mandatory 12 hour shift over and over. He simply followed the rules, not hard to do by the way. It is still a lost cause in Frederick, too many shot callers with limited experience in the field.
