Using DELL as an example, Private Equity (ie Michael Dell and friends) is paying 25% premium on closing price day before news of potential buyout was made public to buy back his company and take it private.

As a rough guide post for LIFE, assume $53.64 closing price day before 52-week high and news leaked for LIFE. With 25% premium, you are looking at $67.

What are odds that companies will pay more than 25% premium?
What are odds that a deal does NOT get done for LIFE?

If you have stock, make your decisions accordingly.

Given the postings on this board lately, a deal better get done because I think the current management-employee relationship is starting to get a little too frayed.

Today, many analysts upgrades. No downside risks I see. Stock fall to mid 50's no sale. 2013 Good outlook LIFE has. Bad management internal maybe, no care, money I make.

Recently I found our company is so poor! Poor salary increase, poor project budget, poor travel expense, poor marketing investment, but the sales target is extremely high， beyond anybody's imagination... Our company will be bankrupt. I really really hope some company will buy us immidiately!

Frederick is a site with many problems. GL needs to clean house there and start over. Too many sr. mgrs, directors with little to manage. Toxic working atmosphere, HR making up rules as they go, poor maintenance, silos everywhere, SC is nowhere to be found, low morale, poor mfg quality, recalls, animals..

You must work in Frederick they are perfect for that threats intimidation thats all management knows . They sure as hell do not know anything else .

A few years back one of those spineless managers fired an individual and pissed the guy off so bad the manager had to have security walk him to his car everyday after work for a few weeks. What a wuss!LOL
