TMO said they did not want NGS.. Ion CE and QPCR will probably get spun off to Roche, to offset the cost of this deal. This leaves a lots of cons that can be handled by the existing TMO channels. Still lots of questions as to how this plays out and what parts of the sales force get the boot.

I don't think Roche want qPCR because they already have qPCR, and doing quite well in the diagnostic market.
