Im really surprised that the feds have not followed the money trail from the ATM company and seized BLD... wonder if they need to convicted him first. I guess all the more reason for the Vs quick sale.

BLD is up for sale. Is this really theirs to sell? Do the "investors" know some of their investment is being turned into cash (or trying to be). Is this like fencing stolen goods? Inquiring minds want to know.

Liquidation at BLD. This is the beginning of the end. "Assumming" the allegations are true regarding the massive fraud, the Fed and investors will be looking to get back as much of the "invested" funds as possible. While they go through the necessary legal motions at BLD its take the money and run!

Much like the Madoff case, the Feds and the "investors" or rightfull owners (should the indictment stand) will take ALL assets. After all, its there money if the allegations are true. Businesses, homes, RVs, cars, anything of value. Good luck to those still working there, this is not your fault.

So how much longer will BLD be open? Surely the few customers they had have heard the news and won't be purchasing there anymore. Especially since V3 was stupid enough to let go some of the people that the customers actually personally trusted enough to risk buying there.

BLD is doing Very Well,Got rid of the trash and seen to be doing very well! As far as Daddy, He do great!and the Kids TOO! The trash is still being put on this site because people love Rumors!

V2 still has enough money and enough going on to keep this tied up in the courts for a while. Remember that the "alledged" fraud went on for years and so he has used the money in other investments and businesses which are now paying off by paying his legal fees. Ironic that money fraudulently taken from others can be used to protect the fraud. Maybe by the time this is over V2 will have used up all of any ill gotten gains and those who accuse him will get nothing.

I know several people who work there and I've heard it's getting crazier all the time. V3 now has an assistant and she does all the things that he doesn't have the balls to do himself. He's even afraid to write his own name on write-up forms when people disagree with him - he has his assistant put her name on the forms. On top of the crazy, paychecks are bouncing at a higher rate than ever...

A lot of the companies are under the mothers name for tax cuts and women run business programs which allow certain "breaks" sponsored by the government, but again this is on paper only.

Used to work there, it's probably all true. VERY SHADY. The brother and sister fight like children and the business is just a big toy for them to play with. Daddy is used to bailing out the company with his other "assets" but he declared bankruptcy. OH NO!! will the Moore children have to get real jobs where they can't fire people on a whim and push their money around. Daddy has MANY businesses (over) 10)and they pay for things in cash, no paper trail. I believe if this was investigated by government they would find out a lot of fraud.
