Those aren't the only "tools" in Beckman's toolbox. Don't forget the famous selling used instruments as new and the legendary ship instruments that are not fully tested.
Fortunately the FDA has finally caught on. Too bad that the employees, customers, patients and stockholders are the ones who got burned rather than those actually responsible.
