It would be a slam dunk for any law firm, knowing full well that Agilent would settle the case quickly. I have interacted with BS in the past, he is arrogant, abrasive and unprofessional hard to believe he is also abusive, as his otehr employers would have not stood for it.

Yes, this is an excellent suggestion and something I'm going to do immediately. For those others of you who have also been sexually harassed please do the same. We need to stand united and be strong. I've been very frustrated by our HR department and have felt completely helpless. This will help all of us and we don't deserve this abuse from Bob.

He is lucky a lawsuit hasn't been filed and I sincerely feel sorry for all the women he has sexually harassed at Agilent. I've been a victim of sexual harassment myself and it is demoralizing. Yesterday at our sales

Yesterday at our sales meeting I was shocked at the magnitude of lies and deception from Bob regarding oFISH. In front of the sales team he claimed that we'll hit $100 million yet nobody wants to buy our current catalog set of probes because they are targeting regions microarrays typically detect for constitutional Cytogenetics. Essentially, all the genomic regions Bob selected to target for oFISH are of no value to the Cytogenetics community. His catalog of oFISH probes are useless since they target inherited disorders. WTF?!? What the hell was Bob thinking, why didn't he talk with customers, and where is he getting $100 million for Agilent's share in FISH. We'll be lucky to hit $1 million. His revenue estimate is off by two orders of magnitude! The entire FISH market is $200 million globally, dominated by Abbott, and shrinking. How the hell are we going to hit $100 million with probes that nobody wants to buy. This guy is crazy! The entire sales team hates Bob's guts and thinks he is a total jackass! I also wanted to punch him in the face!

BS was the product manager on OFISH himself because no person would defend his ridiculous projections. OFISH has not been the only case of BS's selective memory. Basically pick any project and BS has lied to his advantage at every juncture. R&D staff were threatened by BS to stop working on a project. Later, BS changed his mind (finally agreeing with his staff and customers) and chastised the same R&D people for not developing the forbidden project fast enough.
