I highly doubt this is "100% true." Companies like Agilent are too big, to allow something like this to be swept under the rug as their liability would be huge once a suit is filed. It would be a slam dunk for any law firm, knowing full well that Agilent would settle the case quickly. I have interacted with BS in the past, he is arrogant, abrasive and unprofessional hard to believe he is also abusive, as his otehr employers would have not stood for it.

Yes, this is an excellent suggestion and something I'm going to do immediately. For those others of you who have also been sexually harassed please do the same. We need to stand united and be strong. Bob should be fired just for SureFISH sales alone which were pathetic in 2012. In addition, Agilent lost major array CGH accounts to the competition. Bob is very scared right now about losing his job. Unfortunately, this hasn't changed his inappropriate behavior. He is a crazy narcissist and will never change unless he gets on serious medication.

If Bob is reporting to Dako he will not survive long. Nick ignored incompetence but Dako will not!

Bob is now reporting into Lars through the Dako organization and this is Agilent's only chance to finally get rid of him. Bob previously reported to Nick within Agilent who protected him despite his horrible behavior. Now that Nick is out of the picture and Dako is in charge of the Agilent genomics division we all hope Bob gets fired. These replies all seem to be reaching out to Dako for help. Agilent's HR has not helped and the situation with Bob is terrible and destroying the genomics business. Help!

Yes, HR's ineffectiveness in dealing with Bob over the last two years is scary. He is lucky a lawsuit hasn't been filed and I sincerely feel sorry for all the women he has sexually harassed at Agilent. I've been a victim of sexual harassment myself and it is demoralizing. Earlier this year Bob offered to drive me home after a work event since I had too much to drink. I thought it was a nice gesture and agreed. He drove me home in his fancy Porsche and when I'm ready to depart the car he said "have you ever kissed an older man?". It freaked me out and he is nearly twice my age. I let it pass at the time but looking at all these posts I'm convinced he has a serious sexual harassment problem. I get angry thinking back to that ride home. He is sleazy!

Yesterday at our sales meeting I was shocked at the magnitude of lies and deception from Bob regarding oFISH. In front of the sales team he claimed that we'll hit $100 million yet nobody wants to buy our current catalog set of probes because they are targeting regions microarrays typically detect for constitutional Cytogenetics. Essentially, all the genomic regions Bob selected to target for oFISH are of no value to the Cytogenetics community. His catalog of oFISH probes are useless since they target inherited disorders. WTF?!? What the hell was Bob thinking, why didn't he talk with customers, and where is he getting $100 million for Agilent's share in FISH. We'll be lucky to hit $1 million. His revenue estimate is off by two orders of magnitude! The entire FISH market is $200 million globally, dominated by Abbott, and shrinking. How the hell are we going to hit $100 million with probes that nobody wants to buy. This guy is crazy! The entire sales team hates Bob's guts and thinks he is a total jackass! I also wanted to punch him in the face!

BS was the product manager on OFISH himself because no person would defend his ridiculous projections. OFISH has not been the only case of BS's selective memory. Basically pick any project and BS has lied to his advantage at every juncture. R&D staff were threatened by BS to stop working on a project. Later, BS changed his mind (finally agreeing with his staff and customers) and chastised the same R&D people for not developing the forbidden project fast enough.

There is absolutely no leadership within Agilent's genomics division and it is a complete disaster. On Monday when I saw Bob the first thing I wanted to do was punch him in the face. He is a narcissistic douchebag! A complete arrogant asshole who should have been selling used cars for a living. The guy is a total prick!
