Thats exactly right. The little people who actually generate revenue for the company are dumped on while wes and his friends fly first class, stay in fancy hotels, drink $300 bottles of wine etc. They are raping the company and bleeding it dry.

Two President's Circle trips for top performers..HA! - just for the favoured few that kiss butts or are management.. BUT none of these "winners" actually make the drugs, they just sit at a desk and sign off time cards and won't make any decisions!! The real people on the floor are not only forgotten in this company but the company won't provide enough money to buy parts to keep the equipment running. Where are the priorities... to make drugs or look good to outside investors?

Unemployed and need a job desprately...go to Patheon. If you have a good job stay away this place is horrible!

On a lighter note, thank god the "President's Circle Field Trip to Miami" is still on. No merit increases or bonus for Cincinnati associates (whoops, almost forgot, there were some secret, selective bonuses) but the Circle gets another free vacation.

.Patheon Inc. (PTI-T2.530.031.20%) has announced a $280-million offering of senior secured notes.

The drug manufacturing company, which has its head office in the Toronto area, says proceeds from the offering will be used to repay debts.

The women of Patheon have been put on notice, no make-up, mascara, lipstick, false eyelashes, perfume, and jewelry will be worn or used. Fingernails also will be kept to a minimum length and be un-polished and un-painted.

When i first being a patheon associate I thought it might lead to a career like promised! But, all I've gotten out of the job is exposure to dangerous APIs, back breaking lifting & stress out the wazoo that comes from wondering daily if the plant would close up shop for good.
I've tried to leave!!! But I've been blueballed by the company - they're giving very poor opinions of me to would be suitors, telling them I'm not rehirable.

1. At the Cincinnati Site they should fire every one of those guys working up in the Dispensing Areas! It's nothing but a geriatric crew and the youngest one of them moves like a god damn Turtle. Replace all these no talents and bring in some aeroteks or vioxes to get the job done efficiently.

2. Take a long look at who is using the forklifts. I've been getting foreign material (possible contaminate) on my white pajamas, which I could easily bring into contact with clean surfaces.

3. Ryan Crooks was a great friend, what he was fired for was a personal matter and should not have been brought to the company's attention.

4. The vending machines have been giving out wheel of death foods. I bit into a sandwich with rotten meat - so buyer beware!
