If the Pn400 is pushed back we will probably lose more than 20% of our people. We are losing floating holidays next year and 3.2% of our base salaries.

He is proud of the fact he has 4-5 final written warnings . over a 5 year period he was at work less than anyone except a couple of office folks ,and that fact is the only reason he was not let go. Or it could be the fact that if someone dropped a sheet of paper on the floor a manager knew about it before it stopped moving. Two President's Circle trips for top performers..HA! - just for the favoured few that kiss butts or are management.. BUT none of these "winners" actually make the drugs, they just sit at a desk and sign off time cards and won't make any decisions!! The real people on the floor are not only forgotten in this company but the company won't provide enough money to buy parts to keep the equipment running.
