The current iteration of the Ryan budget assumes that Obamacare will be repealed, but the savings in it will be retained. Even you have to realize that simply is not going to happen, and, thus, the budget is a fraud. And what many people don't realize, but I do becuase Ive read it, is that the inflation factor that Ryan uses for his medical care vouchers is based on overall inflation, which is much less that the inflation we see in health care costs. Thus, over a period of time, the Ryan vouchers pay for a smaller and smaller proportion of the total health care costs.

The current Ryan budget, like its earlier version, is also very short on details when it comes to cutting government spending and Americans are not ready to give a blank check power like that to Republicans and their extreme right wing allies.

So for you, it's back to frustration. You suffer the same problem that the Republican party faces now: You can't sell your wares to an informed public; you can only rely on American ignorance for your continued existence.

Consider the $3000 a tiny amount to pay for the opportunity to live among other cultures for a while and to learn that they each have their own customs and ways of doing things and that no matter we think about it, their system works for them. Living among, or just working with, people who are very unlike you is a great way to learn how to see things from different perspectives and how to work together towards a common goal. And once again I will ask: What was the net change of employment under Bush? A BIG ZERO. In contrast, there have been over 4 million new jobs created since OUR President Obama took office.
