anyone who has insight into Seegene. After IPO the company threw money down the drain and now stopped paying bills. Stock goes down. What happend?

I/we have worked with Seegene for 4 years now. They are top shelf and pay their bills on time. Tech looks at things a little differently - more the better for it. Who in their right mind wants to think like Roche or Life!
