Temple Guards! Why Danaher has kept the European based Emerging markets management in their positions?

Danaher senior executives expressed tremendous frustrations with the slow progress of the Emerging markets integration process. They highlighted in recent meeting the passive lines drawn by the leading V.P based in Nyon and the challenging task of rooting him out without entirely opening up to the public all the questionable decisions and files under his management.

While the V.P has been hiding in his office, it is rumored in the Danaher circles that some serious documents, recorded meetings and allegations have surfaced in recent weeks that connect him and senior positions in the U.K, France, Turkey and Nyon to fraud and orchestrated cover up of irregularities. the news doesn't reveal details of the allegations but rumors signaled the events to be around 2008 onward. So..for the time being and until more details are revealed, there will be no change of the guards.

you got it all wrong all

you got it all wrong all this time. The change is not in the hands of Danaher.

I'm sure SA has covered

I'm sure SA has covered himself.
In the new UK service structure he has not included a service manager. All field service managers will report direct to the northern region director. An attempt to make himself invaluable and also impress Danaher by ridding them of one expensive management position. However dear Danaher let's make the game a little more interesting. There is a lot of rhetoric about SA, all of which is essentially futile. Why not start by asking the much loved UK director about the commercial details of the Morecambe Bay MSC.

It could implicate him

It could implicate him easily. It is said that one of the circulated documents contains a consultancy contract that SA signed few weeks before he departed his position in Turkey and the contract was awarded to his friend and without any actual work being done. It is also rumored that the current corporate VP, who was the direct boss of SA, rushed to pay off the contract and terminate the relation with the consultant.

Would this implecate a

Would this implecate a certain S.A now in the UK? I hope so
