Unethical CRO and Mgmt

Apparently, a colleague of mine has discovered that a CRO in Tampa has management (CEO) on staff with false PhD credentials and has also been accused of embezzlement from company funds. There have also been rampant rumors that client's clinical data is falsified and released as valid. WOW! I am willing to guess that it's Corerx due to other
similar rumors I heard at industry conferences...unbelievable.

Latest is that they are

Latest is that they are trying to change the company name and merging it with some other entity to hide from the lawsuits and bad press and incompetent reputation.
Employees jumping ship like rats jumping off a sinking ship...

CoreRx has a history of these

CoreRx has a history of these sorts of shenanigans....

Davis's BAC was 0.196% CoreRx Pharm Director gets free publicity.

The joke is, as usual, he was just leaving work with a BAC near 0.2%.....

Apparently, this company is running out of money...embezzled by the CEO again??

I heard from an FDA exec.

I heard from an FDA exec. that Florida DOH and FDA will be working together on compliance issues and identifying entities in FL which are non-compliant and have been "getting away with it over the last few years". Extensive audits forthcoming...

So true about the management

So true about the management there...all shady and lie to clients. I had clients tell me they spoke to different principals at corerx and received discrepant stories regarding their project. As someone else also mentioned, there are also questions about the ceo's credentials as there is no proof of the "PhD" or his attendance at the colleges he states he attended.

Another disgruntled Paragon

Another disgruntled Paragon employee I take it?
Start your own thread, this one's about Corerx!

Wow...glad my company did not

Wow...glad my company did not go there with our project...thanks for the heads-up!

I agree, but with CoreRx, the

I agree, but with CoreRx, the clients are flat-out lied to and given the dog and pony show only to find out later that reality is very different that what they were told initially. I mean come on, you have two owners who have multiple DUIs, another who is a compulsive liar (who lies about his credentials and past employment positions), and another who didn't even finish his Associates degree, and I hear the fifth owner left...WTF does that tell you. I know a former client/auditor who is approaching the FDA regarding some "issues" with data falsification. This company is basically 10 lbs of sh!t stuffed into a 5 lb bag. Very untrustworthy and unethical.

Hey how do you get this 95%

Hey how do you get this 95% data from Indian & Chinese CROs I think you should be awarded a PH.D for this work. One thing we should agree is CROs are providing support to us to get our work done & our responsibility is to approcah an ethical CRO. No point in selecting a wrong CRO & blame others lets do our home work better....

It's in Florida, what do you

I heard the same at AAPS...to

I heard the same at AAPS...to stay away from this CRO due to unethical work.

Keeping this on a SERIOUS

Keeping this on a SERIOUS note, the CEO of Corerx is neither Indian nor of Chinese descent. He is American and apparently, there are companies (POSING as schools) here as well, that will give you any degree you want for $$. It's a global problem. Unfortunately, client projects suffer and valuable time and money is lost. Corerx is just a shady $5 operation that will eventually go out of business just as Azopharma did due to poor and unethical management.

CRO and unethical in the same

CRO and unethical in the same title, who would have thought...

I also know that CoreRx CEO's

I also know that CoreRx CEO's former company has filed a lawsuit against him for embezzlement and misleading company shareholders into believing he has a PhD. Wow, a liar and a cheat!
