Keep your mouth shut at STAGO and you'll be fine. There are a bunch of "inner circle" old school Stago employees who are the weakest link. They'd rather do things the wrong way and fight to preserve their fragile little ego's than to listen to any suggestions which would solve the issue.

Also, the French see the US operation as nothing more than a franchise. They have like 18 engineers covering an area the size of Texas and they fail to see that the needs in America.

Freaking FROGS.

They are unresponsive and very protective. The CEO cares nothing about the employees well-being and really fails to invest in infrastructure.

Low pay, poor support from in-house and just remember to cover your butt because they will toss you under the bus in a heartbeat.

Oh, don't worry about your grammar - there are two ASG members who can hardly speak English let alone construct a sentence. The position they are in requires very strong communication skills and yet these idiots could not even write and effective piece of bathroom graffiti if their life depended on it.

Most FSEs are treated fairly. Really it doesn't matter if the abuse is own your fault. If you are being abused commit to moving on as the abuse will only get worse.

Remember DHR might sell BCI in three or four years. Life could get better or a whole lot worse if that happens.

For what its worth Field Service (if not any service job) at most large corporations is not what it used to be.

As an EX-BCI FSE (Very Happy EX-BCI FSE), if you have the opportunity to leave, leave. BCI is a sinking ship. Good luck, as soon as you leave you will know it was the right choice.
