I hear that VWR plans to adopt the name BioExpress when the two companies merge later this year. I suppose this is a way to rebrand themselves but it seems silly to me.

I dont like it when they try to push the own VWR or Fisher brand

depends on country. in australia both are falling apart. frrom bad to worse.
No leadership or caring staff
fisher are better organised
i feel these giant companies will fade. manufacturers wont like their brand getting tainted

If ur talking vwr vs fisher they are both crap, fisher is making a bit more money ( not massive when balanced against cost) thermo is very division specific. Having said that they all seem to be picking up a bad rep for lack of integration and poor support
